Went to Nimes in the south of France, Vincent’s home town. They have Roman ruins there with a well-preserved Roman arena. We got to see Camargue bullfighting where they don’t kill bulls but young bulls have strings hanging from the horns and decorations on the top of their heads that “matadors” have to grab at to win cash prizes. Lots of pageantry and no one gets seriously hurt 🐂🇫🇷🌹
