Photographs for the newly released’ Why Waste?’ the second new book by @adamhandling - focussing on innovation in sustainable cooking, and the ingredients that can be foraged and caught in the UK 🤍 • It’s a stunningly beautiful book which doesn’t shy from showing ingredients as they arrive in the kitchen, as well as radically glorious finished dishes and of course some lovely scenes out foraging out and about in the landscape. • We built a studio in the @uglybutterflybyah to capture the raw ingredient and dish shots and were working along side other creative teams and designers around the country to bring Adam’s vision to life seamlessly. • The design of the book is so special and to see the work displayed in this way and to have it in my hands is a very proud and exciting moment.
