Katarina is an extraordinary vocalist whose indigenous vocal techniques blend pop, traditional joik, and improvisation, singing in Ume Sámi, a critically endangered language that her community is actively reclaiming. She appears in TAKKUUK, the acclaimed immersive audio-visual project created in collaboration with @feelmybicep directed by visionary artist Zak Norman (known for his work with BICEP, Squarepusher, Confidence Man and many more) alongside filmmaker Charlie Miller.
