Annabelle’s mom started to notice that her daughter wasn’t her usual, active self. She knew something was wrong when Annabelle had red spots all over her body. After requesting a full blood panel from their family doctor, Annabelle was referred to CHLA where they confirmed that Anabelle had Leukemia. Annabelle’s outgoing personality still remains, and Mom is happy to see that she is a tough cookie. The highlight of Annabelle’s summer was attending Surf and Paddle with her brother.
