WHAT A DAY! I’m a bit late to post this, but it’s been such a whirlwind of a 48 hours! Our Welcome Back team has A LOT to celebrate! First and foremost, I want to congratulate @baihuichen once again for her American Society of Cinematographers nomination. THIS. IS. HUGE. Becky, you poured your heart into this film, and were the most positive light to work next to. You’re a force, an inspiration, and the ultimate JEFA! Next, I want to thank the @directorsguild , our cast and crew, and to everyone who made this honor possible. Being recognized by the DGA was always a dream of mine, and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without the team and cast that made me look good 🥰 And finally, AHHH! @welcomeback.film has been named as one of the 30 Best Shorts of the Year by @hollyshorts !
