I made a #discord server to speak more directly to my community. It’s called Good Questions with Aundre, a place for visual artists to ask questions and gas each other up. Try it out, I’ll bet you $5 you’ll like it:). The internet is a funny and finicky place, but as we’ve seen since the dot com boom, sites come and go but community building stays the same. Whether it’s discord, twitter, youtube, xanga, myspace, tumblr, facebook, livejournal, instagram or even an email listserv, you gotta take care of your people and make it easy for your community to find you and communicate with you.
