1-Rack height. Lower is better. Always
2-Get hips UNDER the bar when unracking
3-Find a stance and grip width that feels relatively comfortable/tolerable and practice it for 3-6months
4-Contract your abs and breathe in before you squat down and exhale as you are FINISHING the rep. Never before
5-Drive your knees forward over your toes then push hard into the floor until you are standing tall.
6-When reracking walk the bar until it is flush against the rack, then guide it down into the J-cups.
7-Repeat until gains are made and you squat 405 for reps
