The thing that opens my heart and makes me feel the most alive is singing. I often wonder why we aren’t doing it together on a daily basis??? Singing is free and easy and has been used as a community ritual since the beginning of time. I'm always listening for the heart songs to emerge - and more than ever we need to find communal heart songs together. I've been experimenting with vocal collaboration on my Heart Song retreats and I want to offer a space where we an explore on a regular basis and see what emerges. This will be the first. It is FREE! It will be an improvisation. We will open with Voice and weave in instruments. If you play any instrument please bring it. Drums and rattles are great as well. No need to know how to play well or have a ‘good voice’ (whatever that even means) @spaceartandsupply is super special space created by @lavenderjaq.
