postpartum weight loss has been a BLAST. jkjk it’s not a joke. this time HAS been easier than w Zaza but it’s no walk in the park. by no means am i where i want to be & still in the midst of tightening up, but here’s what’s working well so far. for exercise i am lifting weights 3x a wk w @bodiesbybrentatx, doing daily hot mom walks lol, @kimkellyfit, @melissawoodhealth, @pvolve, or stair-master- i make it a point to move every single day. it’s a non-negotiable, scheduled in my calendar & makes me feel good mentally. for diet i am working w @theflexible.dieting.coach- he made me a meal plan with foods i actually like which is nice. something that tightened the shit out of my waist is @bellibind- u wrap up ur waist super tight in this gorgeous wrap & sleep in it. it’s based on traditional Malaysian bengkung belly bind. i wrapped for 40 days post birth. it’s wild how well it works ? HOWEVER ! one of the best things i have done is cold plunging- my god it tightens u up. i do the cold plunge or 3 minute freezing showers all the time. helps with hormone balancing too. like u notice a significant difference. other random things: specific supplementation, tested my hormones, inulin & extra fiber, dry brushing, lots of protein, minerals, omegas, green smoothies, sleeping, meditating, reading, nature walks, and sauna. anyway THAT is the juice on postpartum weight loss so far. it’s important to show it’s not falling off from chasing the baby around lol let’s get real. by the way don’t do what i do do what u want to do ! and do u want a podcast on more details
