ad This is The Camparino - home of CAMPARI and voted one of the best bars in the world-just at the entrance of Milan's Galleria. And that's a Negroni (Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth). And I suppose if I was really keeping to the Italian theme it should be a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle slicing the orange... I was over in Milan exploring for a few days and finding out about the heritage of @CampariUK and why it's an institution in Italy. Much like Ferrari it's a symbol of the Italian lifestyle and Red Passion, and with the help of Tommaso Cecca (the head bartender here) I got to try a lot of inventive Campari cocktails although I'd argue the simplicity of a Campari Spritz sitting in the Milanese sun is hard to beat.
