Excited to share with you SAHTEN - The SkatePal Cookbook 🥙⠀ ⠀ 'Sah-ten' translates roughly from Arabic to 'two healths' and is commonly used as a sort of bon appetit across Palestine and the Middle East.⠀ ⠀ So why a cookbook? Through our ongoing work in Palestine, SkatePal has built a thriving relationship with the local communities that extends beyond just skateboarding. SAHTEN paints a picture of the current skateboarding scene in Palestine, told in the form of a cookbook, featuring community-sourced recipes, interviews and various other features.
