is this my favorite food? @fatmaonoodles is damn near perfect. The wing bean salad :: sweet, salty, crunchy, fried shallots, lemongrass, peanuts, tamarind? wow. and the duck noodle soup with the hand pulled noods was a nourishing bowl of goodness. i needed that meal. and to the people sitting next to me who thought the noodles were too chewy, get a life.
