Welp.. it’s out!! I don’t usually do long ones but this is special I was lucky to join the band at a moment when tracking was about to begin for Beatopia. In the awkward, anxious days between first meeting the gang and actually being asked to join the band, Jacob started playing me some of the songs he and Bea had been grafting at over the previous year, which made the prospect of *hopefully* coming on board and *maaaybe* getting to play on the 2nd record impossibly exciting. Fast forward some weeks and we were in the studio cutting these songs Having the opportunity to contribute to the permanence of this body of work will forever be the front bookend of this amazing journey and something for which I will remain eternally grateful 🥲 I didn’t take many pics/vids from the studio but here are some fun moments 1.
