Let’s Ask @vp ft @kamalaharris 🦋🌱 in a visit to San Fransisco, I had the privilege of listening to a live recording of climate podcast ‘A Matter of Degrees’ with the inspiring Dr. Leah Stokes and @drkwilkinson of @allwecansave who were joined by Vice President Harris to discuss climate leadership, justice and solutions. Before the recording I was invited to ask two fun + casual questions to Vice President Harris, who I previously met at a visit to @whitehouse where I advocated for intersectional climate advocacy and environmental justice. During that chat - I’d told her how important things like Black feminist theory like Intersectionality, disability justice and queer ecology is to Gen z and more. I asked VP Harris about the women who inspired her and what made her hopeful for the future because Climate optimism is as important as ever!
