Ingredients: • 10 small round sausages chopped • 1/2 white onion, chopped • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped • 1 celery stalk, chopped • 1 apple, chopped • 1 cup cranberries • 1/2 cup raisins • 8 oz artisan focaccia bread cubes for stuffing • 3 cups chicken broth • Fresh parsley This is a very easy stuffing you can make in advance.
