One thing you may not know about me is that I loooovvveee cooking. So going into 2023, I am going to cook more and put my cooking skills to the test. So first up is Julia Child’s Boeuf Bourguignon. One word...DELICIOUS! This was my first time ever having Boeuf Bourguignon and my first time cooking from the Julia Child’s cookbook. The cookbook is very specific and helpful.
