It was an absolute thrill to be invited to the @clintonglobal this year for a Fireside Chat with @adrs as part of their Story Studio. It was a completely different room than I’ve ever been in and a pleasure to share observations on my experiences and what it means to listen. How learning about people through their lens and not your preconceptions or expectations can actually cause a shift. If we truly care to move forward we HAVE to understand that the way we know isn’t the only one...we don’t live here alone. Intentions are fine but what are we putting into action? And do those actions affirm those who are impacted by them? We also talked about favorite colors...something light and simple. Thanks to everyone at CGI for a great time.
