Bourbon County Sir Isaac’s Stout⁠ ⁠ Each year, our employees send in a flood of ideas for the next year’s Bourbon County Stout lineup. This year’s Bourbon County Sir Isaac’s Stout submission comes from our E-commerce team members: Melissa Alleguez and Ryan Hubona. Bourbon County Sir Isaac Stout was inspired by Melissa’s childhood memories of stealing fig cookies out of her grandma’s cookie jar during her summers on Lake Michigan. 10,000 pounds of figs later, our brewers created a stout with notes of dried fruit, honey, molasses, and citrus.
