Lil health is wealth post & some things I do in my day to day life to stay on track ✔️✔️
Simplicity is keyyyyy! I used to obsess over every little thing when it came to training and diet. Now I just stick to what I know works and train a hell of a lot smarter. It’s allowed me to live with less restriction & fear which has been a game changer.
Right now I’m only training 30–45 minutes (strength) 3–4 times a week and focusing on true failure… so less fluff, and more intention. I’d rather go all in for a short, quality session than drag things out (unless I realllllly want to).
Outside the gym, it’s the little systems that keep me feeling good:
- Weekly bulk grocery shops so I’m never guessing meals.
- Daily steps
- Meal prep a few key staples, makes healthy eating automatic and you know exactly what’s going into your body
- Contrast therapy (sauna + ice) for recovery and mental reset.
- Meal time & supplement consistency
- Monthly skin treatments to keep things tracking smoothly & MINIMAL skin care routine
These are the things that make me feel grounded, healthy, and consistent without overcomplicating it. 🤌🏼🤌🏼
