The 990 Anniversary Collection. The most extensive project I’ve ever worked on with New Balance, and one that means a lot to me personally. To celebrate Kith’s 10th anniversary, I went into the archive and chose four of my favorite colorways I’ve designed for New Balance over the last decade. To celebrate the 990’s 40th anniversary, I worked on the first four generations of the silhouette - the 990V1, 990V2, 990V3 & 990V4 - and we’re releasing the the first style (the 990V4) on my 40th birthday. This is also the first time in New Balance’s history they have collaborated on full family sizing. Needed to make sure my daughter was taken care of 😏 Rather than our regularly scheduled Monday ProgramTM this coming week, we will be releasing each colorway over the course of four days, starting Wednesday 6/15.
