Changing thoughts and behavior is the hardest thing on planet earth. If you disagree go try to talk to someone on the other end of the political spectrum from you(Imagine thinking the government loves you lol) .. Anywho, for all my coaches and health professionals, this one’s for yall🤝 Change the hearts and minds of your clients using these 4 steps. Pass it on because society has forgotten how to speak to someone you disagree with.
