A much needed trip back home 🗽 there’s no place like New York this time of year! The fall air, football and all the familiar face that feel like home just hits different 🍂 so grateful to be surrounded by my family and friends all week long, the people who have been cheering us on long before football Sundays looked like this. Feeling extra thankful for this chapter and the incredible people I get to share it with! …and for my whole NY crew that I converted to 49ers fans 🤣
