Colon hydrotherapy (IMO) is...AWESOME. My mother did coffee enemas during her battle with breast cancer but as a kid I thought she might be nuts. Our willingness and openness to “crazy” broadens when we’re fighting for our lives. ❤️‍🔥 Learn all the things you’ve never thought to ask about putting warm water or coffee where the sun don’t shine. @julialoggins teaches all about colon hydrotherapy and coffee enemas! She’s written a ton of books and offers lots of free content on how to find someone awesome in YOUR area or how to take the plunge on your own at home! There’s a lot of controversy around this topic but I think it’s because it’s hella taboo. I approve (and don’t think it’s weird at all) but as alway: 💥 Do your own research. Look for resources on BOTH sides of the argument, ask people you know about their experience. 💥 Ask YOURSELF. Think for yourself and arrive at your own conclusions about what’s right for you body and health. Only you can answer. 💥 Lastly, dare to keep an open mind.
