I’m fed up! I refuse to go another year not feeling comfortable in my skin. I deserve to be confident! I will not go another year of waking up tired and dragging myself out of bed. I deserve to have the energy to spend quality time with my kids doing the things I love! I will no longer starve myself or do restrictive diets just for the weight to come back. In 2023, I will eat like I love myself, move like I love myself, talk like I love myself, and If I don’t yet love myself, then I will invest in ME so I can learn to love myself!
