Favorite things I cooked at home recently. Because I’m the queen of “we have that at home”.
1. Arrabiata - so simple but good
2. Lunch board for one - whipped butter, fig paste, soft boiled egg, havarti cheese, and cherry tomatoes with toast
3. Brie prosciutto + pomegranate crostinis, marcona almonds, and olives
4. Maitaki mushroom tempura + a yellowtail crudo and a hokkaido scallop crudo + spicy tuna bites. Served with a yuzu hi ball
