Runners, ever chafed in your booty hole? Let's chat. This ain't click bait. It's hard to believe that I've done literally hundreds of races. This just means I loaded with interesting, TMI filled stories ranging from the roads to the trails. While training for my 100K in 2018, I learned about booty, underarm + back fat chafing. Road runners mostly laughed when I whispered this but trail runners couldn't stop talking about unique places to go potty + chafed body parts. We're in Satan's playground of summer. I listed some of my favorite items to use and a little tidbit about hygiene. Why do I talk about this stuff? Because at one point nobody would say this stuff out loud.
