Cheers! ❄️ Tag a friend you want to make this with over Christmas! 🍸 Ingredients: For the gingerbread rim 1 tbsp caster sugar 1 tsp salt 1⁄4 tsp ground ginger 1⁄2 a lime For the cocktail 2 handfuls ice 100ml Nemiroff vodka 400ml Longtail Mixer ginger and lime mixer 1⁄2 a lime 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds 💫 Method: Place the caster sugar, salt and ginger on a small plate and mix briefly. Use the cut side of lime half to rub down the rims and a strip on one side of the glasses. Roll the glasses in the ginger mix and once it’s stuck to the lime juice add a handful of ice to each glass. Add 50ml vodka to each glass, followed by 200ml ginger and lime mixer. Slice the other lime half in two and garnish the glasses.
