All I ever wanted was to be a touring artist. All I ever wanted was to find love that encouraged me to stick around and end my self sabotaging tendencies when things got too real for my unprepared heart. All I ever wanted was to be a father. All I ever wanted was to feel free. All I ever wanted was a DeLorean. All I ever wanted was to be content. Once you realize that "all you ever wanted" seems to be multiple things you have to prioritize. I'm always trying to make sure what I do and what I love are not just for me, but simultaneously I have to remember to do certain things to maintain my sense of self. Currently/constantly rearranging and reanalyzing is a must and sometimes it seems overwhelming, but if you accept that feeling as part of the process then maybe you'll feel like your doing it right.
