Let's get in this leg workout together. 2 - 3 Rounds of the Following: 8 reps Forward Lunge to 2 Sec Knee Raise Hold (both sides);10 reps Hip Openers;10 reps Back Lunges; 16 reps Alternate Leg A-Skips; 10 reps Calf Raises; 12 reps Seal Jacks; 12 reps Standard Jumping Jacks; 15 sec Pogo Jump ShakeoutReplace any workout for something lower or higher in intensity. If there's too much plyometrics in this routine, consider modifying replacing jumping jacks and shakeout with things like marching in place, side step outs and low forward kicks.
