Delight in the whimsical ensemble of vivid colours, shapes and forms, served on a custom-made tiered tray. ⁣ ⁣ Handcrafted daily, the savoury line-up will awaken your palate with bright Asian flavours, tinged with Western influences — from seared tuna tataki with pickled ginger and shio kombu powder, to duck rillettes and smoked duck from Landes in the south of France. ⁣ ⁣ For dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Prabhu’s creations tell a tale of nostalgia. Be charmed by heritage-inspired treats like the ‘Egg Kaya Toast’ and ‘Ice Gem Lemon Tart’. ⁣ ⁣ Served daily from 11 July at The Landing Point, excluding Wednesday and Thursday.
