Dear Ones: This video is a literal blast from the past, of one of the happiest memories of my life. Here I am dancing for joy with my beloved friend Rob Bell (@realrobbell) on bass and my beloved Rayya on drums. This was way back in 2015, when Rayya and I were visiting Rob in Los Angeles. Being with my friend Rob Bell always makes me THIS HAPPY. He is a vibrant teacher, a fellow seeker, and a force of transformation in my life — in many people's lives. On June 23-25, Rob and I will be leading a weekend workshop at the Omega Institute. We are calling the workshop THE ART OF NEW CREATION, and it will be about how to keep adapting, adjusting, and accepting transformation during an age of massive upheavals and dizzying personal and global shifts. So much has changed in my life and in the world since that day I danced with Rob and Rayya. But I’m still dancing. Come dance with us.
