My superset workout from our trip 🤍 I’ve been incorporating push/pull programming with compound supersets the last 6 weeks, and I’ve been loving my split!!
3 sets of 8-10 reps of each superset
SUPERSET 1:
Smith machine reverse lunges
DB arnold press
SUPERSET 2:
B stance hip thrusts (sub barbell hip thrusts)
DB chest press
SUPERSET 3:
DB sumo squat
DB lateral → front & front → lateral raises
BURNOUT:
Bodyweight tricep dips
