The Justice department did what the Kentucky attorney general didn’t have the heart or will to do and that is in date for officers involved in the murder of Breonna. And we learned from the indictments that the facts are worse than we could’ve imagined. Made up affidavits, secret garage meetings to hatch a cover-up story and a wanton disregard for the lives of Breonna and her boyfriend who were peacefully asleep in their bed before the bogus no-knock warrant was served. These aren’t murder charges but they are a huge indicator that we have a department of justice that is willing to hold rogue police officers accountable. This didn’t happen and won’t happen under a Republican DOJ!
