Happy Texture Tuesday! @facetheory has some of my favorite skincare! Vitamin C Cleanser: A Stabilized Vitamin C Cream Cleanser that removes impurities. There’s glycerin in this to protect the skins moisture balance. It’s a perfect cleanser for daily use as it’s packed with antioxidants and beneficial fatty acids from avocado, sweet almond oil and skin loving vitamin C. There is no scent to this but they do have a mandarin one which I want to try as I personally love scented skincare. It’s advertised for combo skin but honestly since it’s a cream formula and doesn’t lather; I think this would be good for dry skin too. Aventhra Moisturizer: A hydrating face cream for sensitive skin, made with oatmeal, cocoa butter, and Hyaluronic acid. The cocoa and shea butters nourish and emolliate dry areas. Then the Hyaluronic acid and glycerin help your skin stay hydrated all day. This also comes in an unscented or scented mandarin scent. This is a really nice moisturizer. I can use it morning or night and it really leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. Especially if I’ve over done it on the actives; this helps soothe it. Exaglow Serum: This has 5% tranexamic acid with vitamin c, niacinamide, lactic acid and liquorice. This is formulated to lighten dark spots, pigmentation, and smooth rough areas for a luminous complexion. This would also help with melanoma and age spots. I’ve only used this a few times because over doing it on the actives can happen so fast. But so far, I’ve enjoyed this serum. It’s not burning or intense at all. It’s gentle and leaves my skin feeling soft and glowy. This is brand I was super excited to try and I have not been disappointed. They’re slowly becoming my favorite brand and as I mentioned in my last video... their PR team is AMAZING! What will you be trying from this brand?
