How has it been 11 years already?!!⁣ ⁣ I can still remember pretty much every conversation Josh and I had in 2014 leading up to me taking the leap to join him on this venture.⁣ ⁣ I can also remember every conversation Britt and I had when we were deciding if I was completely crazy to quit my job and try to start a healthcare business from scratch after recently buying a house and Reese being only 7 months old. ⁣ ⁣ Josh and I knew each other through PT school, but we didn’t know each other well. We didn’t grow up together, we didn’t play sports together/against each other and we had never hung out outside of school or work. We simply knew of each other and followed each other’s early years of our PT careers. We both had started side jobs and wished each other success. ⁣ ⁣ As we began to chat we started to realize a few things:⁣ ⁣ -We both had similar philosophies of rehab and athletic development ⁣ ⁣ -We both were heavily rooted in our communities ⁣ ⁣ -We both worked hard and refuse to lose ⁣ ⁣ Forever grateful for the opportunity to work at R2P and carve out a role that fulfills my families personal and professional needs. ⁣ ⁣ Forever thankful to the communities we serve who have trusted us with their care and have welcome us with open arms!⁣ ⁣ Here’s to the next decade!
