I have dreamed of bringing patrons of @polecology together for 2 years. It finally happened this past weekend at ✨Bend & Flow✨ Brooklyn.🥲 #thepolecologist Our collective energy was magnetic. The sacredness we co-created left me feeling so affirmed in my passion for movement and wellness. Thank you to all the students who attended. Thank you @floatingthroughspaces for doing this with me.
