Im also getting my upper body strength back! For those of you who donāt know, I broke my collar bone in February and had surgery in March. This was suchhh a tough injury considering how many upper body dominant sports Iām involved with. I was a gymnast and cheerleader my whole life. Iāve been doing pole for 8 years, and Lyra for 5, (check my highlights if you want to check it out!) to now not even being able to do a single push up lol. Iām the friend who does a flag pole on any pole thatāll fit my hand grip, anywhere we go. Including 4 days after surgery, on a booze cruise because I genuinely thought once the surgery was complete that you were good to go.š Anyways, Iām taking baby steps. Still canāt really hit a push day as it feels like my bone is going to pop back out of my shoulder. So Iāll be focusing on building my back, and moving little baby weights until further notice. My back routine + arm tonig routine will be posted to YT next week š«¶š»
