This past weekend, I had the honor of representing @c4studentwellbeing and @studentsengaged at the @active_minds Mental Health Conference in Washington, D.C. and speak on the topic of youth leadership in policymaking! It was so wonderful getting to connect with like-minded leaders and spread more awareness among young people about the topic of mental health and suicide prevention.
