What You’ll Do at BLANQI • Report to the Head of Marketing • You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of highly targeted and personalized CRM campaigns across e-mail/SMS and referral programs • Own the email production process for each program within our ESP, Klayvio, including template building and creating audience segments against customer engagement data • Responsible for management and coordination of email and related content • Develop the email marketing strategy and campaigns that advance our trigger-based and automation efforts, including Abandon Cart, Upsell and other revenue-driving activities • Analyze and define our top performing customer segments based on purchase behavior, browsing and shopping behavior • Executing QA and testing for all email campaigns • Ensure all emails follow industry policies and best practices to ensure high delivery and inbox rates across the major ISPs • Responsible for reporting on weekly email marketing KPIs • Work with cross-functional teams including the Creative/Design team to ensure that content required for emails is available on time for campaign launches • Management and organization of campaigns within ESP • Work with product teams to sandbox campaigns prior to product and sales launches. What You’ll Bring to the Team • 3+ years of email marketing/SMS/CRM experience in an ecommerce, apparel, or similar role • 3+ years of experience with enterprise email service providers, Klayvio specifically (others considered) • Experienced in building and deploying emails, troubleshooting, and correcting issues in HTML design/coding, audience segmentation, campaign set up • Strong experience with Google Analytics and building reports focused on email performance KPIs • Email copywriting experience is considered a strong asset • Strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines How to Apply Send resume to: [email protected]
