There will always be highs and lows...and they WILL cycle. But the lows eventually lead to the highs as long as you just hang in there. At the very last minute this weekend, I went to rooftop yoga at @yogaspace and had a transcendental experience. Being so high up practicing made me feel like an angel. I felt like I had wings and was looking down at my beautifully textured city with adoration and protection. I knew I might never have this unique out of body feeling again...so I allowed myself to be fully present and take it all in. When life is good, DRINK UP! Don’t let it be like any other moment. Savor it! Really LIVE IT! My instructor Victoria and I took pictures against the sunset in awe. I thought to myself...I’m so glad I made it through the tough parts of my life so I could realize how lucky I am just to be here on this rooftop seeing and feeling all of this. You never know what life will bring...or whether there's a high or low around the corner. I leave it up to you to recognize the beauty in your life but I urge you to keep going when things seem hopeless. The beauty is oftentimes the journey out of it!
