Not every exercise and movement prescribed in a program has to have some wildly specific and smart reason behind it.
Yes a good program and coach will put thought into it(duh) and there will be accessories that need to be done a certain way for a certain reason🤓
..
But a lot of people would benefit a program that has a movement or two that’s just flat out hard as hell and forces you to try harder than fuck.
