if you like Mexican corn, you’re gonna like this stand Elote 😉 🌽 @cornmanla is definitely some of the best elote/esquite in Los Angeles! this little food stand is ran by Timothy who has been selling his street corn for over 30 years. his hours change but he is currently there from 11:15pm-3am every night 😍 we came at 10:45pm and were surprised to see many people waiting already with folding chairs on deck! but once we got our corn, it made sense. we got the corn on the cob and in the bowl to try both - the cob was definitely better although messier! he loads your corn with mayo, butter, chili powder (which is def spicy), and a mountain of cheese. you can also get lime additionally 😋 once we left, there was a line down the whole parking lot! Timothy works hard and it’s easy to tell that he’s passionate.
