Celebrating 20 years with my Kippy today! We met at a surprise birthday party in Harlem hosted by mutual friends. That night in 2002, I hitched a ride with my buddies @little_frankie_franks and @moreton.daniel Once we arrived, I noticed Kip immediately. As we were hiding for the surprise, Kip said he liked my Spider Man t-shirt (which I still have). I wanted to go home with him that night (😈) but I ended up waiting until 2 weeks of dating before I finally went to his place where I met his roommates (and long time friends) @rubina_hussain & @claireicalerror (side note: Claire woke him up several times that night to make sure he went to that party...in a way, it began there:) I immediately fell in love with Rubina and Claire and knew this was a really good thing.
