What I liked: - Di sya tulad ng ibang retreats na too religious na required umiyak at magdrama. - Hands down sa dami ng relaxing activities na included. More on ancient healing ang peg nila so mga yoga, reiki, sound bath, tarot reading, fire ceremony, journaling, meditation etc. - Super bait ng mga facilitators, todo aalagaan ka nila and they will do their best to help you heal from whatever you need to address. - Super sarap ng mga kinain namin. In fairness magaling sila pumili ng venue and talagang pati food, they make sure na masarap. Nag Vegan option ako that weekend and super happy ako, feeling ko luminis ang budhi ko slight. hehe - Very organized din sila and maayos pati yung mga van service. What I least liked: - bitin! hehehe sana next time may 3days 2nights din - Di lang ako mejo happy sa overnight amenities nung resort that time, ksi madaming kulang and yung shower bukod sa mahina, bungi bungi yung shower head. Alam ko this coming Nov 26 & 27, meron sila sa Estancia dek Lorenzo sa San Mateo Rizal. Mas maganda daw itong venue na ito kaya parang gusto ko ulit magjoin. Taralets! Overall, super sulit nung binayad ko dahil sa dami ng activities, expert facilitators, masarap na food and most of all, the sense of peace and clarity na nafeel ko after that weekend. I highly recommend this to people na highly stressed, may anxiety, ptsd, depression and people na kelangan mag me-time at chillax away from the city. I also recommend this to fellow creatives to avoid burn out and help them clear their heads para mas pumasok ang creative juices 😉
