🇿🇦Sharing the love of agriculture with our friends from South Africa! On Tuesday we had a special visit with some of our colleagues from the other side of the world. A few weeks ago the California Department of Food and Agriculture asked if we'd be available to provide a tour of our market to the Minister of Agriculture of the Western Cape of South Africa. Dr. Ivan Meyer and his delegation were coming to the Napa Valley and in addition to wine grape growing are interested in direct-to-consumer sales by small farmers at farmers markets. Cara Mae and Mimi had a lot of fun showing Minister Meyer around and introducing him to our farmers and vendors.
