Introducing Brazil Chapada Diamantina Chacara Vista Alegre. This Limited Release single origin comes to us from José Renato’s family-run, small farm, Chacara Vista Alegre. Very little of their coffee makes it to the US, so we were lucky to source a limited quantity of this special, hand harvested lot. ⁠ ⁠ Naturally processed coffees bring out fruited notes rarely experienced in washed coffees. You can look forward to greater body, less acidity, and more expressive flavor. This naturally processed single origin greets you with comforting aromas: nutmeg, vanilla, and dried fruits. Complex stone fruit brightness balances the maple-like sweetness and syrupy body.⁠
