Give me the simplicity babbyyyy! Ken checkin in here, I was traveling for the past 5 days so I decided to start the Busy and Build Program from week 1 day 1. I only had completed day 1 of the program before leaving for vacay lol. So we are back in action!!! Going into the gym knowing that I’m hitting a few compounds with some accessories and getting out, feels really good for me right now. I’m aiming to lift 3-4x a week whiling sprinkling in Pilates or an “accessory class” 2x a week. We’re in a good spot sistaasss ✨🫶🏼🦋 BB RDL 4 x 8 D.B side raise 3 x 10-12 BB box squats 4 x 8,8,6,6 Banded rotator cuff extensions (did these as a activation before benching) 2 x amrap BB bench 4 x 8,8,6,6 Assisted pull ups 3 x 10
