This guy...What a bloody legend! He may only have one arm, but he doesn’t let that stop him from doing anything! @aldridgelogan wanted to do some ‘yoga’. Realistically wanted to do inversions. He was upside down within seconds muscling his way through a legit headstand. With the body awareness he has, which is on point👌🏼, I gave him some cues and tips and he cleaned it up and created a lot more stability and safety SO fast! Of course, that wasn’t enough for him... handstands was next! We had to play Tetris a little with blocks to find the right height to support his shoulder, but damn. 💪🏼 I need to stop being so impressed by his capabilities and phenomenal mindset.
