Who Is Wellness For has been out in the world for over two months! I shift in and out of feelings about the book but I’m glad it’s finally out there and finding all of you. I hope that those of you are that are being moved by WIWF are passing the word, passing the book, buying the books for your cousins and aunts and brothers and siblings and mothers. I talked to Rabbi Rami Shapiro on the Spirituality and Health podcast and this is by far one of my favorite conversations I’ve had about Who Is Wellness For?... I’m also extremely grateful to get to talk to spiritual elders! Such an honor to share space with Rabbi Rami <3 7. A really beautiful deep and honest conversation about everything with Annie Tevelin on the @offtherecordwithyou podcast 8. Also a beginning conversation with the wonderful and kind @evyan.whitney about the complexity of the wellness industrial complex (and so much more!) 9. And just today I’m excited to say that I’m on the Radically Loved podcast with the @rosieacosta!!! This was such a beautiful conversation about community care and the responsibility to heal for your community... and how to love everyone in your community even when you’ve been harmed... a lot to unpack.
