I didn’t post work updates in real time but a lot has happened, so here’s the short and long of it. The short: I’ve been head down building community across the nation with @thegatheringspots for the past 3 years. And it’s with a lot of excitement we announced we were acquired by @greenwood this week! The long: 2019 •I moved to Atlanta to join TGS as Director of Membership, building connections for entrepreneurs, creatives and professionals •ATL is the epicenter of culture, and it was an honor to open our doors to people like @vp, @champagnepapi and many more that push the culture forward. 2020 •I drove to DC weeks before the pandemic to launch our community there and began opening our 2nd club. •To navigate the pandemic, I was also tasked with leading the launch of a robust digital product, TGS Connect, that allowed our members to continue connecting and engaging with one another. 2021 •We opened the DC club and it’s been really gratifying to see the now thousands of members that call the club home build connections in the space. •I got the opportunity to build a new department and lead the continued expansion of our community into New York City, Chicago, Houston, Charlotte and Detroit. It has been the most challenging and rewarding experience and I’m grateful to the folks who welcomed me and our community into their city. 2022 •I just moved back to LA, so hit me if you’re here! •We’re excited to open our LA club this month! Thanks to all former and current staff @thegatheringspots that gave me the space to grow and have trusted me to play such an instrumental part in the company’s journey. It took a lot of people to believe in this, and I’m thankful for you all. We’ll see what’s ‘bout to happen next.. ✨
